About KetaMD:

KetaMD is on a mission to change the face of mental health, providing safe, affordable and potentially life-changing at-home medical ketamine treatments. Prescribed by medical professionals and guided by registered nurses via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and mobile app, KetaMD is a safe and effective alternative for the millions of adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, and related mental health challenges. Ketamine, the only legal psychedelic, has been proven to produce rapid and robust results, even for those with treatment-resistant symptoms who don’t respond to traditional medications and treatments. We operate in a nascent and exciting market, that is revolutionizing how we treat mental health. KetaMD launched in Florida in August 2022, with plans to expand across the U.S. in the next 18-24 months.

KetaMD was recently acquired by Braxia Scientific, a medical research company with clinics across Canada, and a research division dedicated to the discovery and commercialization of novel drugs and delivery methods. Combining Braxia’s unprecedented scientific expertise within the field of mental health & psychedelics with KetaMD’s profitable commercialization model, our mission is to provide access to innovative mental health treatments to as many people as possible, identify and commercialize next-generation psychedelic medicines and educate the global market, consumers, and healthcare providers.

About The Role:

We are seeking an innovative and creative marketing leader, with a proven track record in growth and performance marketing with experience launching and scaling new brands. In this role, you will develop and drive our comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy across owned and performance channels, as we expand across the U.S. This position plays a vital role in the growth of our business, customer base, and brand recognition.

Our ideal candidate is a practiced leader who can balance the execution and strategic elements of our short- and long-term objectives. They possess strong web, mobile, analytics, paid media, SEO/SEM and content marketing expertise. They are passionate, curious, an effective collaborator, and love building new brands, developing community and they thrive in a startup environment.

While KetaMD is headquartered in Miami, this is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the U.S. This role reports to the President & COO.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead our digital marketing strategy including brand positioning and awareness, customer segmentation, acquisition and conversion, and measurement and ROI.
  • Build a strategic channel plan to reach our customers, incorporating email marketing, SMS messaging, owned channels, paid media, affiliate marketing and other channels.
  • Develop a content marketing strategy to demonstrate thought leadership, educate and inform the market, drive brand awareness, and acquire and engage new customers.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, programs and strategies across all channels including paid media, performance creative, email marketing, affiliate strategy, SMS, SEO, and UI/UX.
  • Develop a cohesive website strategy/presence that reflects business priorities, optimizes the user experience, and drives customer conversion.
  • Create a focus on continually testing and optimizing marketing strategies and tactics to improve performance and accelerate growth.
  • Optimize our CRM platform and capabilities, defining customer and prospect flows, campaign management strategies, and optimizing CRM effectiveness.
  • Manage segmentation strategy, using data and creativity to explore and test new segments, identify opportunities for A/B testing in segmentation and messaging to drive performance and growth.
  • Develop and maintain data models and a reporting dashboards to define, measure and report on KPIs, performance metrics, customer insights and behaviors; compile, analyze and leverage data and consumer insights to identify optimization, new growth opportunities, and customer behaviors.
  • Define, measure and report KPIs and performance of all paid marketing channels, affiliate, influencer channels and SEO and assess against performance goals, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs.
  • Work with external agency to create, execute and measure effective digital marketing tactics (SEO, paid media, etc) that deliver demonstrable ROIs.
  • Bring to life the storytelling and online customer journey to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology developments and industry best-practices and regulations.

What You'll Have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience across digital marketing, digital commerce and analytics. U.S. healthcare related experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, marketing, or a related field preferred. MBA preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, advertising, influencer marketing, conversion optimization and omnichannel strategies to drive growth.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, mobile marketing and UX, digital marketing best practices, conception, design, development, deployment, and optimization.
  • A strong desire to collaborate effectively across the organization, bringing a partnership mindset and high degree of integrity and credibility.
  • Passion for creating innovative, memorable customer experiences.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with initiative-taking, a bit of hustle and a track record of success in growth marketing.
  • Involvement with the growth of a company from earlier stages to late stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and time manage.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing competing work priorities.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite, CRM platforms, databases, MS Office.
